Qpay is the industry leader in efficient payment processing solutions for customers without access to credit. TruConnect customers can now visit various Qpay locations in California and use cash to purchase Data Refill Cards.
The ExpressPay website allows TruConnect customers to easily and efficiently purchase Data Refills for their smartphones or other wireless devices as soon as they run out of data. Even with the immediate success of this new platform, TruConnect continues to strive for solutions that serve all customers, including those who prefer to use cash or those without access to credit. Lifeline customers are especially likely to use cash because many are without bank accounts, and TruConnect seeks to break through this barrier by teaming with Qpay to keep these customers connected.

Once their purchased data is used up, TruConnect customers are redirected to the ExpressPay site from their smartphones and hotspots to refill their data directly online. With the launch of the QPay-TruConnect collaborative, customers now have the option to locate a nearby Qpay store location to conveniently purchase mobile data refill cards with cash so they can pay for their data refills.
